Body Loud, Mind Steady
Mind–Body Tools for Pain + Anxiety
(1:1 Sound Bath Experience)
When your body gets loud—pain, tightness, anxiety, panic, restlessness—your brain starts trying to fix it immediately. And that’s when it snowballs into overthinking, bracing, and feeling stuck in your own body.
This 1:1 teaches you how to stay calm when discomfort (mental or physical) shows up, using sound + simple nervous system tools you can apply in real life—especially when things flare up.
*Not a therapy session. Not medical treatment. This is nervous system education + a sound-based regulation practice.
You might be a fit for this session if…
You deal with pain (or tension) that makes your body feel like it’s constantly “on edge.”
You experience anxiety that shows up as tight chest, busy mind, nausea, buzzing energy, overthinking, insomnia, jaw clenching, shallow breathing… you know the vibe.
Maybe you’re tired of feeling like your body is calling the shots. Like one weird sensation turns into a whole snowball… and now you’re anxious about being anxious (or your pain is stronger because you’re bracing for and focusing on it).
And you’ve probably had moments where something helps—sound bath, meditation, breath work—then you go back into real life and you’re like… cool, so what do I do when I’m home and my chest feels tight at 2am?
You don’t need more “tips.”
You need your body to learn how to come down—and a simple plan you can actually use when it doesn’t. That’s where I come in.
This may NOT be the right fit if:
you’re in a medical emergency or need immediate treatment
you need trauma therapy, crisis support, or clinical mental health care (I can refer you to appropriate resources)
you’re looking for a “one and done” fix with no practice afterward
What exactly is
“Body Loud, Mind Steady”?
This is a private, guided nervous system reset that blends:
a therapeutic-style, Reiki-infused sound bath experience
simple pain + anxiety education (so you understand what’s happening)
attention tools that help you separate sensation from the story your mind adds to it
integration afterward so you leave with tools, not just a temporary calm
The core idea
Sensation vs. Story.
Sensation is what’s happening in the body.
Story is the mind’s reaction: fear, urgency, bracing, catastrophic thinking, “make it stop.”
We can’t always control sensation.
But we can train how we respond to it.
What you’ll leave with:
You’ll leave your 1:1 with:
A clear understanding of how your anxiety/pain pattern shows up (body cues + thought cues)
A simple “in the moment” reset you can do anywhere (even mid-flare)
Tools to stop feeding the panic layer (the part that makes everything worse)
A personalized “home practice” plan you can repeat regularly
Confidence that you can attend regular group sound baths and actually use them as maintenance—not just hope they work
This is not a one-time rescue.
It’s training.

“I literally had to do the body calming thing you talked about today. I had so many things in my mind , my head was hurting and my hands were shaking and my heart palpitating.. and I’m calming down now.”

“I highly recommend 1:1 sound bath with Nichole. As a chronic pain sufferer, my first session [with her] helped me more than most everything I’ve tried beyond medical treatment. At this point I have endured chronic pain from more of my life than not. You deserve to feel better spiritually and physically. Nichole gave me tools to help reduce my pain and manage it as well. Meds just dull the pain, Nichole gives the tools to manage pain that does not go away. The sound bath also helped me with visualizations and my pain was actually reduced after the session even after 24 hours! Five stars.”

Meet the Instructor
Hi, I’m Nichole.
I’m a Sebastian local, a registered nurse, and I guide nervous system reset experiences for women who are tired of feeling overstimulated, emotionally fried, or trapped in a body that won’t power down.
My approach is grounded and real: we regulate first, then we reflect. You’ll be supported—but you’ll also leave empowered, because the goal is not to “need me.” The goal is for you to understand your system and know what to do when it gets loud.

A typical sound bath can feel relaxing, but it doesn’t always teach you what to do when discomfort or anxiety shows up. This 1:1 includes nervous system education + tools + integration, personalized to your patterns—so you can use it outside the room.
-
This isn’t a promise to eliminate pain or anxiety. The goal is to reduce the spiral—bracing, fear, urgency—and give you tools to regulate so symptoms don’t run the show.
-
That’s okay. You’re always in charge. You can open your eyes, change positions, take a break, or stop at any time. I’ll guide you back to safety and steadiness.
-
Nope. Beginners are welcome. This is built for real people with real nervous systems.
-
Most people do one session to learn the tools, then maintain with group sound baths. Refreshers are great during stressful seasons or flare-ups—whenever your system needs support.
